SHIPPING & TAXES
Prices do not include taxes and duties. All products are delivered with a confirmation number. Orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Production: 1-3 business days
Shipping: 3-6 business days after production time.
Expedited Shipping/Delivery Available At Check Out. This does not affect the production time. Production time remains the same. Expedited shipping is only for delivery time that will be under the Couriers control.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.The return policy is only applicable to misprinted, damaged, and defective items. You must submit a claim within 15 days from the date the product was received by you.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within four (4) weeks from the estimated delivery date provided to you.
In the event of any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
Once checked out, there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED AND PROCESSED, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO THAT ORDER.
Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed. We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed.
As stated once your order is processed, there are no REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any problems, please contact us about your order directly.
